Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund of Service(s) or Product:

Fee excluding applicable taxes may be collected by WENS Force for the transactions through the WENS Force. If at any point of time, the Users / Customers / Agency are not satisfied with the quality of the Service Provider, User may call Service provider support number or channel of this Platform wherein the complaint will be noted for review. WENS Force holds the authority to decide if the collected charges or fee should be refund for this compliant. Further, User will not have any right to claim or allege anything against WENS Force in respect of services provided/money collected by the Service Provider from the User beyond the booking fee amount.

In any case should you in any manner wrongfully or illegally detain, abuse, cognizable or non-cognizable offence to any director, employee, affiliate, agent, representative or subcontractor of WENS Force, we shall be constrained to take all such actions including cancellation of the refund process. Any refund will stand forfeited without any further reference to you. This shall be in addition to and without prejudice to all our further remedies at law

CANCELLATION

User shall directly contact WENS Force for processing any requests pertaining to cancellation of bookings.

On receiving cancellation request, the refund shall be governed by the Refund terms mentioned in the Agreement. The cancellation request should be raised immediately within 24 hours after commercial transaction of service. In some other unavoidable circumstance user should apply for the cancellation minimum of 48 hours before the scheduled time for performance of service. For any requests that are not raised before 48 hours, the fee or charges is non-refundable and amount will be forfeited by service provider.

However, due to some major unavoidable emergency user can apply for cancellation before 14 hours of scheduled time for performance of service therefore, WENS Force holds the authority to decide to cancellation and reschedule the scheduled time and performance of service to the later dates within 03 (three) months of service booking. If user does not reschedule the cancelled performance of service within 03 months, WENS Force holds authority to forfeit the charges or fee or can refund, which is totally at the discretion of WENS Force / Service Provider.

REFUND OF TRANSACTION PAYMENT – SERVICE PROVIDER

WENS Force refund policy:

WENS Force is not obligated to refund to you any amounts or fees paid by you while placing the order, except solely in the event you rescind or terminate your service request within the ’24 hour’ from the date of commercial transaction following your agreement to purchase a service package. You authorize WENS Force to charge you for any sales or similar taxes that may be imposed on your payments, lead fees, or any other fees charged by WENS Force:

In case of any rejected, non-activated campaigns or service due to solely responsible of WENS Force / Service Provider will make best effort to process the refund within a period of 25 days (Fifteen days) from date of clearance of payment. In case of a refund of the amount paid under advance renewals, WENS Force will not be under any obligation to process refund requests initiated after 25 days (twenty five days) from the date of clearance of payment.

For activated campaigns, refund will be processed as follows:

  • WENS Force, subject to terms and applicable polices shall offer available amount towards refund to the customer if the refund request is raised within 24 hours from the date of activation of service
  • WENS Force will offer a refund in the first 30 days of the campaign, after deducting only the:
    • Amount consumed amount under the Campaign (Inclusive of MPC & Service delivered charges).
    • 30 % towards Cancellation Charges and applicable taxes and
    • Bonus amounts, if any.
  • No refund requests shall be accepted by the company, after completion of service from the date of scheduled performance of service.

All refunds, wherein the refund requests are raised within 24 hours from the date of finalization of scheduled performance of service or activation of campaign will be processed through cheque except for payment made via cards or net banking, in such cases, refund will be processed to the Service Providers’ card account / bank account. In any case should you in any manner wrongfully or illegally detain, abuse and do cognizable offence to any director, employee, affiliate, agent, representative or subcontractor of WENS Force, we shall be constrained to take all such actions including cancellation of the refund process. Any refund will stand forfeited without any further reference to you. This shall be in addition to and without prejudice to all our further remedies of law.
