Anti-Poaching Policy
WENS Force has a Zero (0) Poaching Policy If poaching is suspected or proven, We can initiate the claim of 01-year standard rental of the subject rental agreement in case the customer directly poach or do contract to WENS Force’s employee, its affiliate, its contractor, it’s agent, Attorney, Assigns, and Successor while being continuous in contract or break the contract, However, Customer in exception case can approach restricted ex-employee or agents only after six months (06) of discontinuing the agreement.

Indemnification: Employee Indemnified and holds WENS Force, its Parent and affiliates and their respective Directors, Officers, Employees, Shareholders, Agents, Attorneys, Assigns and Successors-in-interest harmless for all losses, liabilities, damages, injuries, claims, demands, costs, Attorney fees and other expenses incurred by WENS Force arising from a breach of the Terms as specified herein:

Employee further indemnified here that, He will inform to the organization if client or its related agent or any person offer him to work with them directly, this is not limited to this, company can initiate a legal action in extent to recover loss(es) from employee or client in case other part poach employee, its affiliate, its contractor, it’s agent, Attorney, Assigns, and Successor while being continuous in contract or break the contract, However, Customer in exception case can approach restricted ex-employee or agents only after six months (06) of discontinuing the agreement.
